About This

  • WHAT IS CKeep TAPE? - Elastic sports tape made with 96% original cotton and 4% spandex yarn: latex-free, hypoallergenic, and breathable!
  • HOW TO USE? - The product needs to be used one hour before exercise to prevent sweating from affecting the user experience before the stickiness is activated; after applying the kinesiology tape, it is necessary to rub it with hands to activate the stickiness.
  • HOW DOES IT WORK? - The kinesiology tape stretches muscles through elasticity to promote blood circulation, the degree of stretching should be between 30% and 50%. Overstretching may cause blisters and skin redness.
  • SENSITIVE SKIN - In cases of sensitive skin, early removal, or when the tape is difficult to remove, apply baby oil or olive oil into the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait five minutes, then remove slowly.
